  • Booking is confirmed only after acceptance and/or payment

3. Payments
  • A booking deposit may be required to secure your move

  • Payments can be made via available payment methods on the website

  • Remaining balance is payable as agreed

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Ensure access details (stairs, lifts, etc.) are disclosed

  • Ensure items are properly packed unless packing service is requested

5. Cancellations & Changes
  • Cancellations or changes must be made in advance

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing (Suggestion: define exact policy later)

6. Liability
  • We take care in handling your items; however, we are not responsible for:

    • Damage due to poor packing by the customer

    • Fragile items not disclosed in advance

  • Insurance options (Suggestion: add if offered)
